Messing around with "Your Inanimate Future" some more, and it's definitely at the place where it can't be the thing everybody wants it to be, because everyone wants something different. I think a lot of people wish that it conformed to their own persona desires/tastes instead of mine, which I get, but I'm probably not going to spend a lot of time trying to turn it into a super customizable thing. Right now, I'm doing this for free, because it's a thing that I really like for myself. I'm really just posting it here because I want to share it with people who I know will really like it. If I were going to try to make it a thing designed to please everyone, I'd probably stick it behind at least a nominal paywall since I'd be doing work that I didn't necessarily want to do. So things like trying to make it accessible on mobile, making it so that you can avoid certain fates/forms, making it so you can add and subtract your own photos - that's stuff that I'm probably not going to take the
